Developed by Beatrice Stein, The Hospitality Project’s mission is to build a bridge between the people who want to work in high-end restaurants and the establishments that need trained employees.

For students from disenfranchised populations with a strong desire to become highly skilled front-of-the-house workers, The Hospitality Project provides a bridge from desire to actualization through its training program. The Hospitality Project specifically looks to target populations that would not necessarily have access to this high level of training. 

We serve the industry by providing a labor force left untapped due to inability to train.
